User manual of Double-sided adhesive:
1. Surface treatment
Requirements: bonding surfaces must be clean, dry, smooth and no oil.
Using clean cloth or tissue to bonding surfaces (tile, mirror) clean, preferably to dry surface water with hair dryer.
2. Pressure
In order to achieve perfect bonding results,it is necessary to pressure between tape and adhesive surface and make them full contact. Do not operate on serious uneven surface!
3. Time
Double-sided tape with initial adhesive, but the maximum strength requires 72 hours. Do not do structural operations during it. Please suppress it if you need to use 24 hours.
4. Temperature
After gluing, you can increase temperature of bonding material and tape by hair dryer ( about 50-70 ℃ ). Heating about 10 minutes and increasing the pressure.
Note: For above four factors, surface treatment is the most critical.
